We’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to support with our recruiting efforts. You will be part of the Talent Acquisition Team, which sits in our People Team. You will be an integral part of our Sales, Lettings and Property Management businesses to fully understand the strategy, culture and priorities so you can develop a talent approach that supports the ambitions of our businesses.
This is a hybrid role, and will be expected to come into our Chiswick Business Park offices 4 days per week.
Key Accountabilities:
- You will manage a large volume of incoming roles
- Take ownership of key hiring projects
- Source candidates matched against pre-qualified specifications
- Write and tailor advertisements
- Conduct searches via: our database, incoming applications, job boards and various online tools
- You will work in partnership with our management teams to lead the way we attract, recruit, and ultimately retain talent.
- You will lead the continual development of our resourcing and assessment techniques to make sure they are tailored to the many varied roles we have, so that we assess the right capabilities. As part of our growth mindset culture we are always keen to try new approaches.
- Keep abreast of developments in resourcing to ensure the business is utilising the most appropriate approaches to remain competitive in the market place.
- Demonstrate the leadership mindset that drives a high performing business through personal role-modelling, challenging behaviours and actions as appropriate, and influencing across a broad network of relationships.
