We're currently looking for an Accounts Administrator to sit within our Lettings Accounts team in our Property Management division. The position will be heavily administration focused with responsibility for penalty charge notices. Foxtons provides some employees with company vehicles. Any penalty charge notices that are received via our Fleet Department will be paid by Foxtons as the registered keeper on the vehicle and recharged to the employee.
Core responsibilities of the role:
• Ensuring that all penalty charge notices are paid promptly
• Notifying staff within 24 hours of receipt of penalty charge notice
• Responding to staff queries with empathy and understanding
• Entering details of penalty charge notice and payment into our finance system
• Tracking volumes and types of notices and reporting to our Lettings Accounts & Projects Director on a monthly basis
The hours for this role are Monday - Friday, 9am - 5.30pm. The role is based in our Worcester office (WR4) towards the outskirts of the city with excellent transport links from numerous locations. Free onsite parking is provided.
This role also includes up to two days per week working from home (once the initial induction period has passed).
