If you’re interviewing for an entry-level sales-based role, your process will start with a telephone conversation with someone from our Talent Acquisition team. Once you’ve made it past the initial screening stage, you can expect to attend a Talent Assessment Evening where you’ll find out a lot more about the role and what it’s like to work for Foxtons, while we have the opportunity to assess you in our environment. The final stage of the process is a one-on-one interview with an Area Director.
If you’re based in London, Surrey or Berkshire then probably not. We have over 50 offices and are often recruiting across all divisions.

Our training is the best in the industry. As a Negotiator, you’ll start your career with a week-long induction at our Headquarters in Chiswick. We cover everything from qualifying applicants to how to look after your new Foxtons Mini. After that, you’ll head to your new office where you’ll experience support and training from your new manager and team. Overall, you can expect 100+ hours of training in your first 6 months.
