Inventory Inspector

We're looking for an Inventory Inspector to join our Cauldwells team in Milton Keynes . Our Inspections Clerks are the eyes and ears of the Property Management department, conducting in-tenancy inspections and maintenance checks on our portfolio of managed properties. The tenancy inspection is a vital element in ensuring our landlords' properties are well-maintained, safe, and compliant with the laws surrounding estate agency.

Exceptional customer service is a hallmark of the Foxtons brand which you will represent in your interactions with tenants and landlords. Whilst the role involves remote working you will have the opportunity to work with the local Foxtons offices in your assigned area.

Specific responsibilities:

• Writing inspection reports, including photographs, which highlight the existing state of tenanted properties
• Advising on potential areas of concern or attendance/improvement within the property
• Being an integral part of our Property Management service from a compliance and maintenance perspective
• When required, taking of new applicants looking to rent property and booking viewings for those applicants.
