As a Credit Control Administrator at Foxtons, you'll be the critical link protecting our vital landlord relationships. You will be working with our key clients, so your role goes beyond routine payment collection. It's about mastering the art of delicate financial communications. While most commission fees are paid promptly, you'll develop the specialist skills our teams will rely on to confidently navigate and resolve any overdue payment issues.

Core responsibilities of the role include:
• Generating invoices for lettings commission due from institutional landlords
• Auditing tenancies where rent was expected to be received by Foxtons to pay the debt
• Instructing tracing agents to determine if tenants remain in properties
• Tracking and monitoring tenancies where we have determined that tenants remain resident

This role is based in our Worcester office (WR4) towards the outskirts of the city with excellent transport links from numerous locations. Free onsite parking is provided. This role also includes up to two days per week working from home (once the initial induction period has passed).
