At Foxtons, one of the most important ways we support our landlords is by collecting rent and protecting their income. When payments are missed, our Rent Collection team steps in to resolve the situation and get things back on track.
As a Rent Collection Administrator, you’ll play a key role in making this happen. You’ll be the person landlords rely on to take action and keep them informed, giving them confidence that their investment is in safe hands. This is a great opportunity to build strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills - all with the support of industry-leading training designed to help you succeed, even if you’re starting your career.
If you’re motivated, resilient, and keen to learn, this role will help you grow into an expert who can confidently handle challenging situations and deliver outstanding service.
What you’ll be doing:
Reaching out to tenants (by phone, email, and text) when rent hasn’t been paid, understanding the situation and working towards a solution
Following clear timelines to ensure all processes support potential legal action, if needed
Supporting court cases when required by providing evidence relating to rent arrears
Keeping landlords updated every step of the way until payments are resolved
Explaining processes and next steps clearly, helping landlords understand their options
What you’ll get from us:
- Clear career progression based on your performance and potential - not just how long you’ve been here
- Industry-leading training to help you build confidence and develop valuable skills
- A supportive, team-focused environment where you can learn and grow
- Access to wellbeing support, including counselling, Mental Health First Aiders, and a coaching platform
- One paid volunteering day per year to support a cause you care about
- Enhanced parental policies and a pension scheme
- Inclusion networks and regular social events
