TASKS & DUTIES:
• Achieve personal sales results
• Adhere to principles of Treating Customers Fairly
• Comply with company T&C, Compliance and submission standards
• Maintain daily structure
• Build relationship with referring mortgage advisers
MEASUREMENTS:
• Protection case volumes
• KPIs – file audit grades, test results, case vetting
• RBM grade
• Client feedback
• Level of referrals from mortgage advisers
• Qualification for quarterly TCF bonus
LOCATION:
This role will involve a combination of remote working from home and working from our Central London office in Holborn.
