As a Protection Services Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for our existing mortgage clients, introducing the importance of financial protection and arranging appointments with our advisers. This role is designed as a development pathway into becoming a fully qualified Protection Adviser, offering structured training, hands-on client experience, and ongoing professional development support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Contact existing mortgage clients to introduce the concept of financial protection (e.g., life insurance, critical illness cover, income protection).
• Build rapport and clearly explain the benefits of reviewing their protection needs.
• Book and schedule appointments with Protection Advisers for in-depth consultations.
• Maintain accurate client records and update the CRM system.
• Collaborate with advisers to ensure smooth client handovers and understand the full client journey.
• Participate in structured training and development activities to progress toward a Protection Adviser role.
