Property Concierge

£25-30,000 dependant on experience + commission
About The Role
The Foxtons Concierge team provide a service for our buyers and sellers to assist with additional requirements they may have when buying and selling a property. The role will require you to continue building relationships with the companies we use currently, as well as making lots of phone calls every day to Foxtons customers in order to help them with these aspects. There will be high emphasis on customer service & you should be prepared to spend a lot of the day on the phone working towards targets. Commission will be paid in addition to your basic salary based on how many referrals you make per month.
You can expect to be talking to and advising our customers about services in the following areas -
  • Mortgage broker
  • Solicitor
  • Surveys
  • Tax
  • Lettings (for investors)
  • Building/removals company
  • Building contracts
  • Utilities
  • Lettings instruction
Working hours will be Monday to Friday, 8.45am - 6pm.

About You
  • Strong relationship builder 
  • Good communication skills & ability to build rapport very quickly
  • Customer service skills would be beneficial
  • Team player
  • Incentivised by hitting targets
  • Experience within the property industry would be beneficial but not essential
