About The Role
Are you looking for a sales role that not only provides award winning training, but also incentivises you for all your hard work? As an Estate Agent at Foxtons you will have an opportunity to go on exciting annual trips, drive “super cars” and earn uncapped commission. 
Our “blended training” consists of 100 hours of online and in person training in your 1st 6 months. This introduces you to the property market and equips you with a great foundation to form relationships with your own clients. You will also be surrounded by industry leaders who will guide you through what it takes to be the best. 

We will guarantee you a place in one of our café style offices which will only be up to 30 minutes away from your home. You will be spending your day building relationships with people over the phones as well as meeting them in person and conducting viewings on exciting properties mainly in your local area (although you will have access to stock in any of our 64 offices!).
