About The Role

We are currently looking for a Mortgage Client Service Adviser to join us. This is the perfect role for ambitious individuals looking to begin a career in mortgage advising.

In this role you will be supporting the mortgage and protection advisers by sourcing and booking appointments into their diaries which lead to transacted business. You will receive training on a continual basis, ensuring you learn the sales skills and techniques necessary to be a successful mortgage adviser. Alongside studying for your CeMAP qualifications, you will gain an in-depth understanding of the property market and mortgage industry. Once you have passed your CeMAP exams and proven your ability, you will transfer to a full Mortgage Adviser position. We will also sponsor you to do these qualifications while you are gaining on-the-job experience.

This training opportunity is available to anyone keen to succeed in one of London's leading mortgage advisers, Alexander Hall. Once you complete your CeMAP qualifications you will move to our office in Holborn in the heart of London’s West End where you will begin your Adviser Induction and start your role as an Adviser.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

Preferably have 1+ years sales experience, with substantial knowledge of the property industry and a passion for financial services.

• Have strong communication skills

• Have competent computer literacy

You must be able to commute to our headquarters based at Chiswick Business Park (W4 5BE) for this role.
