About The Role

Foxtons, London's largest dynamic Estate Agency is looking for a PA to the Chief People Officer. The role is based at our stunning Head Quarters in Chiswick, West London where you will provide a comprehensive and efficient administration service to support the work of the Chief People Officer (CPO) as well as additional ad hoc project work for the People teams (comprising of Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition & Human Resources).

To succeed in the role, you’ll be organised, enthusiastic, and take pride in getting a job done – as well as a dab hand at juggling all kinds of different responsibilities, from managing the CPO’s diary to creating and maintaining presentations, spreadsheets, and databases.

As a PA, you’ll have excellent interpersonal skills, whether you’re writing an email or chatting face-to-face. You’ll also need to have some previous experience of admin work in a busy office environment, and the ability to pay close attention to detail even when the work’s piling up.
The role will require regular interaction with all Directors and Senior Managers across Foxtons, therefore confidence and attention to detail are essential. You must also have the ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and trustworthiness, as well as excellent communication and presentation skills.
