About The Role
Foxtons Property Management team offer professional advice and assistance to thousands of Foxtons' tenants and landlords who have requested our premium service, ensuring each tenancy runs smoothly from start to finish.
 
Within this team, the Lettings Accounts department perform thousands of transactions & payments each day across our lettings business. This role will be responsible for auditing the work completed by the lettings account department.
  
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
  • Responsible for checking & verifying -
        - Outgoing payments to landlords, tenants & contractors
        - Changes in customer bank details
        - Transactions completed by the department
  • Updating customer address details for Non-Resident & Resident landlords for returns sent to HMRC

LOCATION:
 
Our stunning Chiswick Park headquarters. Chiswick Business Park is built around a lake and offers weekly events such as food festivals, zip-lining and beach volleyball in the summer.
About You
SKILLS REQUIRED:
 
  • Outstanding attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Resilience in dealing with what can be a repetitive role
  • Ideally one years' experience in a junior accounting function
  • An understanding of the concept of auditing would be advantageous
