About The Role

Reporting line: The Data Protection Analyst will report directly to the Data Protection Officer (DPO)
Purpose: To assist the DPO in ensuring compliance with data protection legislation and to help safeguard Foxtons against data breaches


• Monitor the email inbox for all incoming privacy queries and requests and be the first point of contact in this respect;
• Perform the general administration of data processing requests received, to include responding to all requests and updating Foxtons’ internal systems to reflect any necessary data processing changes;
• Prepare responses to data subject access requests (DSARs) received, to include conducting a review of internal systems to identify all personal data and compiling a complete response comprising of all relevant documentation;
• Monitor data leak prevention software dashboard and investigate alerts, identify any possible data breaches and report to the DPO;
• Liaise with the ICO, as may be required;
• Maintain records and assist with data processing audits, as may be required by the DPO;
• Any other tasks, which may be required by the DPO on an ad hoc basis.

About You

The successful candidate will have or be able to demonstrate the following qualifications / knowledge / skills:

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel;
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills;
• Previous experience of dealing with data processing requests is preferred;
• Previous experience of using data leak prevention software is preferred.
