About The Role

Compliance Officer

Purpose

To support the AHA monitoring program and to support mortgage and protection advisers to provide customers with advice that is suitable.  

Tasks & Duties

  • Complete file reviews
  • Adhere to principles of Treating Customers Fairly
  • Complaints handling
  • Maintain records in relevant databases and spreadsheets
  • Contribute to the effectiveness of the Compliance Support team

 

Measurements

  • Number of file reviews completed
  • Blind checks
  • Compliance with the company Complaints Handling Procedures & Guidance
  • Feedback from Compliance Support Team Leader
  • Client acceptance of complaint outcomes
  • FOS referrals not upheld
  • Accurate MI
