About The Role

As an Accounts Assistant in our Property Management and Accounts department, you will be allocated a portfolio of properties for which you will have responsibility of all accounting transactions. Working closely with the Property Managers, you will process all payments between Foxtons, landlords, and tenants during the length of the tenancy such as rent payments and commission charges. You will also be responsible for processing lease renewals and releasing deposits to tenants ensuring that all charges and costs have been deducted. You will also log and import invoices onto Foxtons’ in-house database, pass them on for approval by the Property Managers, and post any invoices for payment. Our team of Accounts Assistants also liaise with third-party suppliers regarding any invoice or payment queries they have.

About You

Our Property Management and Accounts department manages circa 22,000 tenancies so you must enjoy working in a lively and fast-paced environment in a highly service-driven industry. We require you to have a strong mathematical aptitude, familiarity with Excel and accounting databases, exceptional attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
