As a Development Consultant, you will be working in our thriving Property Services sales department, helping grow and enhance our fast-growing New Homes & Investments, Build to Rent, and Institutional PRS teams. You will be responsible for expanding our regional market share by identifying opportunities and building relationships with potential clients.
By utilising our extensive database, you will build a pipeline of business, identify opportunities for market growth, and deliver an excellent level of customer service to prospective clients by qualifying their specific requirements and sharing important market updates.
This role will entail extensive training on the property industry, the company, and department as well as providing great hands on experience in relation to honing your sales skills. Key responsibilities:
- Growing regional market share by building relationships with landlords and property developers.
- Educating clients about the benefit of using Foxtons and guiding them through the process of selecting an agent.
- Becoming an expert in New Homes & Investments, Build to Rent, and Institutional PRS in order to give our clients the best possible advice.
