About The Role
We are currently recruiting a Head of Brand to shape and steward the iconic brand of London’s leading estate agency, Foxtons. 

The Foxtons brand is the cornerstone of our ongoing success and already has the highest recognition in the sector. The opportunity here is to help us build on this recognition by crafting and delivering a strategy that elevates the brand to the next level and ensures it is working as hard as possible with and for our customers.

Reporting to the Marketing Director, we’re seeking a hands-on, experienced, progressive, brand marketer to join a busy and dynamic team within London’s largest estate agency. You’ll manage a team of four and will require strategic nous, excellent communication skills, high attention to detail and a passion for marketing.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
Oversee the brand marketing strategy from inception to execution across the business.
Lead the creation and delivery of our marketing plans across the year.
Be responsible for coordinating activities spanning digital channels including social media, PR, online advocacy, as well as owned traditional channels like our iconic front offices and branded Minis.
Create and maintain marketing and sales collateral including B2C brochures and content, as well as B2B collateral and pitch presentations.
Help lead our communities and sustainability efforts and the activation of those activities.
Own and manage the evolution of the Foxtons brand ‘story’ and ensure all communications are aligned to it.
Manage and deliver a content plan for all Foxtons channels to elevate the brand reputation, drive engagement and support lead capture.
Work with the Marketing Director to build strategic and tactical above the line marketing campaigns.
Own the Foxtons brand guidelines including brand look-and-feel, personality and tone of voice, and ensure this is consistently implemented across the business. 
Be a brand champion – the ‘go-to’ for all brand, communication and creative queries.
Work with external agencies and consultants across communications and creative.
Effective communication with multiple stakeholders to implement brand plans throughout the company.
Track brand KPIs through our brand tracker to review performance and the effect of campaigns on consumer perceptions.
Consolidate and maintain a cohesive brand identity across all channels and platforms.
Work alongside the Head of Digital Marketing to ensure their CRM strategy has the right content.
Work closely with senior stakeholders across the business to ensure they are supported with content, collateral and creative to deliver their plans.
About You
REQUIRED SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES: 
 
Considerable experience in a senior/leadership marketing role.
Extensive experience in a Brand Management, Head of Brand or Head of Marketing position.
A marketing degree and/or post-graduate marketing qualification.
Demonstrable experience of successful brand guardianship and marketing strategies.
Be able to deliver B2C and B2B while staying engaging and on brand.
Proven experience working in a brand-led business, managing multiple channels & the successful delivery of marketing campaigns.
A grasp of how to balance a high-street presence with online brand.
Experience leading a team with varied skillsets (creative, copy, social, PR etc).
Exceptional communication and presentation skills. This includes writing.
Proactive approach to problem solving and doing things, not just having things done.
