£22,000 basic, £40,000 OTE
About The Role
As a Development Consultant, you will be joining a team of likeminded people, helping grow and enhance our fast growing Build to Rent and New Homes & Investments teams. 
Development Consultants are responsible for growing our regional market shares by identifying opportunities and building relationships with potential clients.

By utilizing our database, you will build a pipeline of business, identify opportunity and deliver an excellent level of customer service. 

You will build credibility with prospective clients by sharing market updates and market activity by using internal and external sources of information.

This role will entail extensive training on the company and department, as well as providing great experience, will enhance your knowledge, expertise and gain you access to senior management across the company. 

You will be working towards your monthly salary, dinners with senior members of staff at some of London’s most exclusive restaurants and two annual overseas trips to exotic locations.

- You will be responsible for growing your regional market share by building relationships with Institutional landlords and property developers.
- Educating clients about the benefit of using Foxtons and help guide them through the process of selecting an agent.
- Becoming an expert in Build to Rent/Institutional PRS and New Homes & Investments in order to give our clients the best possible advice.
- Utilising our database to build a pipeline of future business for yourself.
- Build and maintain a fantastic working relationship with our front office team
